Travel restrictions
You ensure that you are compliant with all applicable laws due to any kind of travel restrictions and accommodation stay. You are up to date and have read all relevant government travel policy and will ensure to let us know if you are unsure of restrictions, if you are not compliant or if you are feeling unwell. 
 
Cancellations
1) If a Guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid.
2) If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund, unless COVID related.
3) If a guest cancels due to a COVID restriction preventing them to travel we will refund 100% of the total amount paid up to and on the day of check in.
Note: We only refund 100% of the total cost of the guests stay less any on line charges as in card fees
 
Check-in
Check-in time is from 2pm unless otherwise arranged.
 
Check-out
Check-out time is 10am unless otherwise arranged.
 
No Party Policy
Our focus is on providing a peaceful escape. We ask that you refrain from parties and noisy behavior. If you wish to have visitors during your stay, please discuss with us.
 
Others: no pets – no parties – no smoking – full refund 48 hours prior
